What it costs on Google Sites

Blending platforms is a Starter feature, so it is worth being plain about it. BlooTrue Starter ($9/month) puts every platform you have connected into one widget, with no cap on how many and every review source included. the free plan connects one platform, so it has nothing to blend: Starter ($9/month) connects and blends 3 platforms, and the free plan connects one review source — still unlimited views, still no plugin.

Schema.org review markup, removing BlooTrue branding, and daily auto-sync are paid-plan features too. Unlimited widget views are not — no BlooTrue plan has ever metered impressions.

Adding the widget to Google Sites

Around five minutes, most of it spent connecting your review profiles. The Google Sites half is a single paste into the Embed code block.

  1. 1Open your site in new Google Sites.
  2. 2Choose Insert → Embed → Embed code.
  3. 3Paste the BlooTrue embed code and click Next → Insert.
  4. 4Publish the site — the widget renders inside the embed frame.

Worth knowing on Google Sites: Google Sites sandboxes embeds in an iframe of fixed size — drag the embed's frame taller if reviews look clipped.

Where the code goes on Google Sites

In new Google Sites the embed code is added through Insert, then Embed, then the Embed code tab, and after Next and Insert it becomes a block on the page. Google Sites runs every embed inside a sandboxed iframe of fixed size, so the block does not grow with the reviews; drag the frame's handles taller if the bottom of the widget is clipped. The frame shows a preview of the rendered widget in the editor. Because the widget lives in that iframe, nothing it adds, including structured data, is part of the host page's DOM.

If the widget does not show on Google Sites

  • If the bottom of the widget is cut off, click the embed block and drag its lower handle to make the frame taller.
  • If the embed shows a scrollbar, the iframe is shorter than the reviews; enlarge the frame instead of expecting it to grow.
  • If visitors see the old version, click Publish again; Google Sites keeps edits unpublished until you do.

Platforms you can blend on Google Sites

Pick any combination. Starter blends every one you have connected into a single widget.

All-in-one reviews on Google Sites: common questions

Can I put an all-in-one review widget on Google Sites?
Yes. The widget is a single embed line, so it goes anywhere Google Sites accepts custom HTML — the Embed code block. There is no Google Sites plugin, app or extension to install, and nothing to keep updated. You need BlooTrue Starter ($9/month) or higher, because blending platforms is a Starter feature.
What is an all-in-one review widget?
An all-in-one review widget shows reviews from several review platforms together in a single embed, instead of one widget per platform. BlooTrue blends 20+ review platforms — Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, G2, Capterra and more — into one widget, and stamps every review card with the platform it came from so visitors can see the mix is genuine.
Which plan do I need for the all-in-one widget?
Starter ($9/month) or higher. Starter ($9/month) blends 3 review platforms into one widget and Pro ($29/month) blends every platform you connect; the free plan connects one platform, so it has nothing to blend. Starter ($9/month) connects and blends 3 platforms; the free plan connects one review source, so there is nothing to blend.
Where should the widget go on a Google Sites site?
The homepage banner area and a dedicated Reviews page in the top navigation. A blended widget earns a more prominent slot than a single-platform one, because it answers "is this business well reviewed anywhere?" rather than "how is their Google rating?".
Does it slow a Google Sites page down?
No. The embed loads asynchronously after your page paints, so it never blocks Google Sites content or your Core Web Vitals. It is one script line with no plugin and no jQuery dependency.
