Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your TrustRadius reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

How to Add TrustRadius Reviews to Weebly

Connect your TrustRadius profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the Embed Code element on Weebly and publish.

  1. 1

Open the page in the Weebly editor.

  2. 2

Drag the Embed Code element from Basic elements onto the page.

  3. 3

Click Edit Custom HTML and paste the BlooTrue embed code.

  4. 4

Publish — the widget renders on the live page.

The editor canvas may show a gray placeholder until you click outside the element; the live page always renders the reviews.

Where the Code Goes on Weebly

Weebly stores the snippet in an Embed Code element from the Basic elements group, dragged onto the page and filled through Edit Custom HTML. In the editor the element may show a gray box with your code or nothing until you click outside it; the live page renders the reviews.

The element takes the full width of the section or column it sits in and has no fixed height, so it expands with the reviews once published. Weebly also has Header Code and Footer Code fields under Settings, SEO, but those are site-wide, not placement slots.

If the widget does not show on Weebly

  • A gray placeholder in the Weebly editor is expected for Embed Code elements with scripts; click Publish and view the live page to see reviews.
  • If the code is not saved, make sure you used Edit Custom HTML on the Embed Code element rather than typing into a Text element.
  • Reviews cut off at the sides on phones usually come from the element sitting inside a multi-column layout; move it to a single-column section.

Where TrustRadius reviews help most on Weebly

A software company on Weebly is usually an early-stage team with a marketing site: home, features, pricing, maybe a comparison page.

Put the TrustRadius widget under the hero on the home page, and on the pricing page above the plan cards, where buyers stop to decide whether the product is worth the money. A comparison page against a competitor is the third spot, since TrustRadius is where buyers go to check such comparisons, and showing your reviews there saves them the trip. On the features page a compact badge is enough; that page is about what the product does, and the proof can stay small.

About TrustRadius reviews in this widget

A TrustRadius widget carries the long reviews users write on TrustRadius to your site, with the score and review count TrustRadius publishes for your product in the header. TrustRadius scores products out of 10, not out of 5, so the header is not a star average; BlooTrue prints the figure as TrustRadius reports it. TrustRadius verifies reviewers before their write-ups go live, and those write-ups run through pros, cons and how the product is used, over many paragraphs. What site owners get wrong is expecting pull quotes. Choose a layout with room to read.

TrustRadius Widget on Weebly — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue TrustRadius review widget free for Weebly?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed TrustRadius reviews on Weebly. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Weebly?
Open the page in the Weebly editor. Drag the Embed Code element from Basic elements onto the page. Click Edit Custom HTML and paste the BlooTrue embed code. Publish — the widget renders on the live page.
Anything specific to Weebly worth knowing before I embed?
The editor canvas may show a gray placeholder until you click outside the element; the live page always renders the reviews.
Where should I place TrustRadius reviews on Weebly for the biggest lift?
Beneath the tagline on the homepage — Weebly's single-column sections give the carousel full width.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your TrustRadius reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Weebly again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
Why does my TrustRadius widget show a score like 8.7 instead of stars?
Because TrustRadius rates products on a 10-point scale. Reviewers give a score from 1 to 10 and TrustRadius publishes the product's score on its page. The widget header repeats that number and the review count as they appear on TrustRadius, so an 8.7 there is an 8.7 on your site.
What TrustRadius address does the builder need?
Your product's reviews page on TrustRadius, which follows the pattern trustradius.com/products/your-product/reviews. That page holds the score out of 10, the review count and the reviews themselves, and it is the only thing you paste. Pick a layout with generous text space, since TrustRadius reviews run long, then copy the embed.
A verified user posted a long TrustRadius review last week, will it appear?
Only if you are on a paid plan, which re-reads your TrustRadius product page each day and adds reviews TrustRadius has published since the last pass. A free widget is fixed to the reviews present when you created it, so a write-up published after that stays on TrustRadius only.
