Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your TrustRadius reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

How to Add TrustRadius Reviews to Carrd

Connect your TrustRadius profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the Embed element on Carrd and publish. Embed elements require Carrd Pro Standard or higher.

  1. 1

Open your Carrd site in the editor.

  2. 2

Add an Embed element where the reviews should appear.

  3. 3

Set Type to Code and paste the BlooTrue embed code.

  4. 4

Save and publish — the widget renders on the live one-pager.

Embed elements only render on the published site, never inside the Carrd editor.

Where the Code Goes on Carrd

Carrd stores the snippet in an Embed element with its Type set to Code, added to the one-pager like any other element.

The editor never renders embeds, so the element appears as a labelled box while you edit and the reviews show up only after you publish. Width follows the element's column, and height follows the widget on the published page. Carrd can also inject an Embed element's code into the page head or body instead of displaying it inline, so keep it inline and the reviews stay where you placed them, ideally just above the contact form.

If the widget does not show on Carrd

  • The Carrd editor shows the Embed element as a box with no reviews. That is normal; publish and check the live one-pager.
  • If the Embed element is missing from the add menu, your Carrd plan is below Pro Standard. Upgrade the Carrd plan to unlock it.
  • Reviews not inline although the page loads fine: the embed's placement is set to the head or body. Switch it back to inline.

Where TrustRadius reviews help most on Carrd

SaaS teams building on Carrd usually care about the site looking sharp: dark themes, precise spacing, product screenshots.

The TrustRadius widget should follow that, with its theme and accent colour matched to the page, placed as a band after the screenshots or the feature grid and before the pricing or sign-up section. A marquee or slider of short reviews reads well next to a row of customer logos. On a one-page launch site, one placement is enough. Keep it out of the hero, which on these sites belongs to the product itself and to the one sign-up button.

About TrustRadius reviews in this widget

A TrustRadius widget carries the long reviews users write on TrustRadius to your site, with the score and review count TrustRadius publishes for your product in the header. TrustRadius scores products out of 10, not out of 5, so the header is not a star average; BlooTrue prints the figure as TrustRadius reports it. TrustRadius verifies reviewers before their write-ups go live, and those write-ups run through pros, cons and how the product is used, over many paragraphs. What site owners get wrong is expecting pull quotes. Choose a layout with room to read.

TrustRadius Widget on Carrd — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue TrustRadius review widget free for Carrd?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed TrustRadius reviews on Carrd. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Carrd?
Open your Carrd site in the editor. Add an Embed element where the reviews should appear. Set Type to Code and paste the BlooTrue embed code. Save and publish — the widget renders on the live one-pager. Embed elements require Carrd Pro Standard or higher.
Anything specific to Carrd worth knowing before I embed?
Embed elements only render on the published site, never inside the Carrd editor.
Where should I place TrustRadius reviews on Carrd for the biggest lift?
Directly above the contact form on the one-pager — last proof before the ask.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your TrustRadius reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Carrd again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
Why does my TrustRadius widget show a score like 8.7 instead of stars?
Because TrustRadius rates products on a 10-point scale. Reviewers give a score from 1 to 10 and TrustRadius publishes the product's score on its page. The widget header repeats that number and the review count as they appear on TrustRadius, so an 8.7 there is an 8.7 on your site.
What TrustRadius address does the builder need?
Your product's reviews page on TrustRadius, which follows the pattern trustradius.com/products/your-product/reviews. That page holds the score out of 10, the review count and the reviews themselves, and it is the only thing you paste. Pick a layout with generous text space, since TrustRadius reviews run long, then copy the embed.
A verified user posted a long TrustRadius review last week, will it appear?
Only if you are on a paid plan, which re-reads your TrustRadius product page each day and adds reviews TrustRadius has published since the last pass. A free widget is fixed to the reviews present when you created it, so a write-up published after that stays on TrustRadius only.
