Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your Clutch reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

How to Add Clutch Reviews to Drupal

Connect your Clutch profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the Custom block (Full HTML) on Drupal and publish.

  1. 1

In Drupal, go to Structure → Block layout → Add custom block.

  2. 2

Set the text format to Full HTML (or another format that allows script).

  3. 3

Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block body.

  4. 4

Place the block in a region and save — the widget renders on assigned pages.

Restricted text formats strip script tags — the block must use Full HTML, or the reviews never render.

Where the Code Goes on Drupal

Drupal holds the embed in a custom block created from Structure → Block layout → Add custom block.

The body's text format decides whether the snippet survives: Basic HTML and Restricted HTML strip script tags on save, so choose Full HTML or a format that allows script. Placement is by region, so one block assigned to the content-bottom region can cover the front page and every service page through its visibility settings. The block editor shows raw code, not rendered reviews, and Drupal's render and page caches can keep the old block output until you clear caches.

If the widget does not show on Drupal

  • If the script tag disappears when you save the block, the text format is Basic or Restricted HTML. Switch it to Full HTML.
  • No change on the live site after placing the block usually means Drupal's page cache. Clear all caches from the Performance page.
  • Widget showing on some pages only: check the block's Pages visibility settings under Block layout so the region assignment covers each path.

Still blank? Our help article Widget not showing covers the checks that apply on every site.

Where Clutch reviews help most on Drupal

Agencies on Drupal usually publish a lot: blog posts, guides, case studies, service pages. Case study pages are the strongest spot for the Clutch widget, right after the results section, because the visitor has just read what the agency did and now wants the client's word on it.

Service pages come next, above the call to action. Posts that bring in prospective clients can end with a compact version and a link to book a call. If the site uses a page builder, give the widget its own full-width section rather than a column shared with other content.

About Clutch reviews in this widget

With the Clutch widget, the client reviews from your Clutch profile appear on your site, under the overall rating out of 5 and review count Clutch publishes. Clutch reviews are not quick star ratings. They come from interviews with your clients that a Clutch analyst verifies before publication, so each one reads like a short case study, the proof B2B service firms rely on. Site owners err by expecting a free widget to add the next interview the day Clutch publishes it. A free widget holds the interviews present when you created it; only paid plans check Clutch daily.

Clutch Widget on Drupal — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue Clutch review widget free for Drupal?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed Clutch reviews on Drupal. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Drupal?
In Drupal, go to Structure → Block layout → Add custom block. Set the text format to Full HTML (or another format that allows script). Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block body. Place the block in a region and save — the widget renders on assigned pages.
Anything specific to Drupal worth knowing before I embed?
Restricted text formats strip script tags — the block must use Full HTML, or the reviews never render.
Where should I place Clutch reviews on Drupal for the biggest lift?
A content-bottom region on service pages and the front page.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your Clutch reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Drupal again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
Which Clutch link do I give BlooTrue?
Your company profile on Clutch, which lives at clutch.co/profile/your-company. That page carries the overall rating, the review count and the verified client reviews the widget reads. Paste it into the builder, pick a layout and copy the single embed line onto the pages where prospects evaluate your firm.
Are the reviews in the widget the analyst-verified interviews from Clutch?
Yes. The widget shows the client reviews published on your Clutch profile, and Clutch publishes a review only after verifying the client interview behind it. Nothing is added or reworded by BlooTrue; what a client told the Clutch analyst is what your prospects read on your site, under the rating Clutch assigns.
Where does the number at the top of my Clutch widget come from?
From your Clutch profile. Clutch publishes an overall rating out of 5 and a review count for each company, and BlooTrue shows those two figures as Clutch reports them. It never averages the interviews in the widget to make a new number, so the header cannot drift from what your Clutch profile says.
