Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your RateMDs reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

The same widget, built from whichever platform your reviews live on. Free plan on every one.

How to Add RateMDs Reviews to Magento

Connect your RateMDs profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the Page Builder HTML Code element on Magento and publish.

  1. 1

In Magento admin, edit the CMS page or block with Page Builder.

  2. 2

Drag an HTML Code element into the target row.

  3. 3

Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the element.

  4. 4

Save and flush the cache — the widget renders storefront-side.

Always flush the Magento cache after saving — the storefront serves cached markup until you do.

Where the Code Goes on Magento

Magento (Adobe Commerce) expects the embed code in a Page Builder HTML Code element, dragged into a row of a CMS page or CMS block.

The Page Builder stage may show the code or a placeholder rather than the running widget; the storefront is where the reviews render. The element fills the width of its row, and the widget sets the height. Magento serves cached page markup, so after saving you must flush the cache from Cache Management in the admin, or the storefront keeps showing the page without the widget.

If the widget does not show on Magento

  • Saved but no widget on the storefront? Flush the Magento cache. Until you do, visitors get the cached markup from before your edit.
  • Widget on the CMS page but not on category pages? Put the HTML Code element in a CMS block and assign that block to those categories.
  • If Page Builder shows the code as text in the stage, that is normal for scripts; check the storefront after saving and flushing.

RateMDs Review Widget for Magento — Free, No Plugin

Embed RateMDs patient reviews on any Magento page with a single copy-paste embed code. Patient reviews from RateMDs, on the page where people choose a doctor. Installs via the Page Builder HTML Code element.

Where RateMDs reviews help most on Magento

Clinics that sell through Magento, skincare, supplements, treatment vouchers, need to be careful about where patient reviews appear.

RateMDs reviews describe the doctor or the clinic, not the products, so they belong on the About page and on pages that sell consultations or treatments, not on product pages for creams or supplements, where they could read as a medical endorsement of the product. On a treatment voucher page, place the widget under the description. Keep it off the checkout. Rules on using patient reviews in advertising vary by profession and region, so check yours first.

About RateMDs reviews in this widget

The RateMDs widget brings the patient reviews from your RateMDs profile onto your practice site, with the rating out of 5 and the review count RateMDs publishes in the header. Patients review doctors there without attaching a name, so the widget shows them unnamed, exactly as the source does. Reviewers score staff, punctuality, helpfulness and knowledge separately, and the header figure is the overall average RateMDs itself calculates, never a number worked out from the reviews sitting on your page. Anything RateMDs has hidden never reaches the widget.

RateMDs Widget on Magento — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue RateMDs review widget free for Magento?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed RateMDs patient reviews on Magento. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Magento?
In Magento admin, edit the CMS page or block with Page Builder. Drag an HTML Code element into the target row. Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the element. Save and flush the cache — the widget renders storefront-side.
Anything specific to Magento worth knowing before I embed?
Always flush the Magento cache after saving — the storefront serves cached markup until you do.
Where should I place RateMDs patient reviews on Magento for the biggest lift?
The homepage below the main banner and category landing pages.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your RateMDs patient reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Magento again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
What do I paste into the builder to pull my RateMDs reviews?
The full address of your profile, the one containing /doctor-ratings/ followed by a number and your name. A city or specialty listing page will not work, and neither will your name on its own, because the profile address is what identifies you. Then pick a layout and paste the embed.
Why do the reviews in my widget have no patient names?
Because RateMDs publishes them that way. Patients write about a doctor there without attaching a name, so there is no name for the widget to carry, and inventing one would misrepresent the source. Each card shows the score, the date and what the patient actually wrote.
Will my RateMDs rating show as stars in Google search results?
No. Google's review-snippet rules exclude reviews a business shows about itself through an embedded widget. On a paid plan the embed still publishes schema.org markup with your rating and review count, so search engines and AI assistants can read it, but only when the widget renders inline rather than inside a sandboxed iframe, since search engines cannot read what a sandbox hides.
