Lodgify keeps page content in its own website builder rather than a theme, so the embed goes in as a widget: open Website then Pages, pick the page, click Add new widget and choose Raw HTML. Paste the code into the field, save, then drag the block to where it belongs on the page. The block takes the width of the column it sits in and grows with the reviews. Nothing renders inside the editor, so the page has to be published before the widget appears.

If the widget does not show on Lodgify

  • The widget is invisible in the Lodgify editor by design. Click Publish website and open the live URL before assuming the paste failed.
  • If the block is on the page but empty on the live site, reopen the Raw HTML widget and check the whole snippet is there — both the div and the script line.
  • If it shows on one page only, remember the widget is per page in Lodgify: repeat the paste on each property page you want it on.
