Lightspeed eCom vs Lightspeed Retail POS
Lightspeed has two separate products that are commonly confused: Lightspeed eCom is the e-commerce storefront — the website your customers visit and check out on. Lightspeed Retail is the in-person POS system — the till at a brick-and-mortar shop. The two are merging operationally but remain distinct platforms with different admin UIs and different integration surfaces. This page is for Lightspeed eCom. If you're trying to surface reviews on Retail POS receipts or transactional emails, that's a different integration entirely.
