Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your Google reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

The same widget, built from whichever platform your reviews live on. Free plan on every one.

How to Add Google Reviews to Instapage

One embed code, pasted into the HTML widget.

  1. 1

Open your page in the Instapage builder.

  2. 2

Add an HTML widget from the widget menu where the reviews should appear.

  3. 3

Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the widget and save it.

  4. 4

Update/publish the page — the widget renders on the live page.

Instapage shows custom HTML as a grey placeholder in the builder — use Preview or the published page to see the rendered reviews.

Where the Code Goes on Instapage

On Instapage the embed code goes into an HTML widget, added from the widget menu on the page you are editing. The builder does not run the script on the canvas; it shows a grey placeholder box, so you only see the reviews in Preview or on the published page. You set the box's width and height by dragging its handles, and since Instapage positions elements absolutely, make it roughly as tall as the widget or the reviews may overlap elements below. Each landing page holds its own HTML widget, and A/B variations do not share it.

If the widget does not show on Instapage

  • If the published page shows overlapping content beneath the reviews, enlarge the HTML widget placeholder; Instapage uses the placeholder height for layout.
  • If Preview shows reviews but the live page does not, click Update to push the latest version; edits stay unpublished until then.
  • If one A/B variation lacks the widget, open that variation and add the HTML widget again; variations do not inherit each other's widgets.

Google Review Widget for Instapage — Free, No Plugin

Embed Google reviews on any Instapage page with a single copy-paste embed code. Real Google stars are the strongest trust signal on the web. Installs via the HTML widget.

Where Google reviews help most on Instapage

Contractors, clinics and service businesses build Instapage pages for one offer at a time: a free estimate, a seasonal service, a new-customer special. The visitor clicked an ad and is comparing you with the next result. Put the Google widget right under the headline, before the details of the offer, and again beside the booking or estimate form if the page is long. Reviews from neighbours who already hired you answer the question every local ad raises: is this company real, and do they show up. Keep the page's own testimonial section only if it adds something the widget cannot, such as before-and-after photos of the job.

About Google reviews in this widget

Your Google widget shows the reviews on your Google Business Profile, and the number above the cards is the Google rating and review count as Google reports them, not an average of the cards. Anyone with a Google account can rate you from Maps or Search, no purchase needed. Google offers no review embed and the Business Profile has no widget, so pasting a Maps embed gives owners a map, not reviews. The free plan keeps the 4-star-and-up Google reviews imported at creation; a review left on Maps next week needs a paid plan's daily refresh.

Google Widget on Instapage — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue Google review widget free for Instapage?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed Google reviews on Instapage. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Instapage?
Open your page in the Instapage builder. Add an HTML widget from the widget menu where the reviews should appear. Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the widget and save it. Update/publish the page — the widget renders on the live page.
Anything specific to Instapage worth knowing before I embed?
Instapage shows custom HTML as a grey placeholder in the builder — use Preview or the published page to see the rendered reviews.
Where should I place Google reviews on Instapage for the biggest lift?
Post-click landing pages: under the headline for first-glance trust, and above the form for conversion-moment proof.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your Google reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Instapage again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
Why does the rating in my Google widget not match the average of the reviews it shows?
Because the header number is what Google publishes for your Business Profile, not a figure BlooTrue works out from the cards. The free plan shows only your 4-star-and-up Google reviews, so averaging those cards would give a higher number than Google does. Keeping Google's rating and count means visitors see the figure from Maps.
Can I get an embed code for reviews from my Google Business Profile?
No. The Business Profile gives you a link for asking customers to review you, but no embed code and no widget. The BlooTrue builder finds your profile when you type the business name, city and country, then hands you a one-line embed to paste into your website with no plugin, in about a minute.
Will embedding Google reviews put star ratings under my site in Google search?
No. Google's review-snippet rules exclude reviews a business shows about itself through an embedded widget. A paid widget still emits schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD carrying your Google rating, and that markup reaches your page when the builder renders the embed inline rather than in a sandboxed iframe, so search engines and AI assistants can read your reviews as structured data.
