Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your Etsy reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

The same widget, built from whichever platform your reviews live on. Free plan on every one.

How to Add Etsy Reviews to Webnode

Connect your Etsy profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the HTML block on Webnode and publish. The HTML/embed block requires a paid Webnode plan (Standard or higher).

  1. 1

Open the page in the Webnode editor.

  2. 2

Click the + button and add an HTML block.

  3. 3

Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block.

  4. 4

Publish the site — the widget renders live.

The HTML block renders after publish, not always inside the editor preview.

Where the Code Goes on Webnode

Webnode places embeds in an HTML block that you add with the + button between existing content blocks.

The block is a code field rather than a live element, so the editor often shows an empty area where it sits and reviews appear only once you publish. It spans the content column and takes its height from the widget on the published page. Webnode publishes the entire site with one Publish click, so unpublished edits on other pages go live together with the block. Put one under the opening homepage paragraph and another above the contact form.

If the widget does not show on Webnode

  • An empty space in the Webnode editor where the HTML block sits is normal. Publish the site and check the live page instead.
  • If the HTML block is missing from the + menu, your Webnode plan is below Standard. The block is a paid-plan feature.
  • Code pasted into a regular text block appears as plain characters on Webnode. Delete it there and paste into an HTML block added with +.

Where Etsy reviews help most on Webnode

A brand site on Webnode often sits in front of a shop somewhere else: an Etsy shop, a marketplace listing, a separate store.

Its job is to send visitors on with trust already built. Put the Etsy widget on the home page under the hero and on the About or Our story page, where visitors judge whether the brand is real. If the site links out to a shop, place the widget directly above that link, so the visitor clicks through having already read what other buyers said. A contact page rarely needs it. For a site with a wholesale page, a compact badge there reassures buyers ordering in bulk.

About Etsy reviews in this widget

The Etsy widget shows reviews buyers left for your Etsy shop, with the shop's star rating and total review count from Etsy in the header. Every Etsy review is tied to an order, because Etsy only opens the review form to the buyer of that order. Reviews are left on individual listings and roll up into the shop rating, and the widget can show both kinds. Sellers who also sell from their own site expect the widget to merge reviews from both shops. It shows only what buyers posted on Etsy; orders placed elsewhere never reach it.

Etsy Widget on Webnode — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue Etsy review widget free for Webnode?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed Etsy reviews on Webnode. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Webnode?
Open the page in the Webnode editor. Click the + button and add an HTML block. Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block. Publish the site — the widget renders live. The HTML/embed block requires a paid Webnode plan (Standard or higher).
Anything specific to Webnode worth knowing before I embed?
The HTML block renders after publish, not always inside the editor preview.
Where should I place Etsy reviews on Webnode for the biggest lift?
Under the opening paragraph of the homepage and on the contact page above the form.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your Etsy reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Webnode again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
Can customers who bought from my own site leave a review that shows in the Etsy widget?
No. An Etsy review can only be written by the Etsy buyer of an Etsy order, after the estimated delivery date and within 100 days of it. The widget shows those reviews and nothing else, so an order placed on your own site never appears in it, however pleased the customer was.
Do I paste my Etsy shop link or a listing link into BlooTrue?
Your shop link, in the form etsy.com/shop/YourShopName. The shop page carries the star rating and the full review count, and reviews from every listing feed into it, so the widget has your whole shop to draw on. Then choose a layout and copy the one-line embed onto your storefront or product pages.
My shop picked up three new Etsy reviews this week, why does the widget still show the old ones?
Because the free plan does not refresh. A free Etsy widget holds the reviews that were on your shop when you created it, and later ones stay on Etsy. Paid plans re-read your shop every day and add reviews buyers have posted since, so a review left on Monday is usually on your site by Tuesday.
