Review schema markup, on paid plans

Paid widgets add schema.org Review and AggregateRating JSON-LD to the page they sit on, so search engines and AI answer engines can read your Glassdoor reviews as structured data. Google does not show review stars for reviews a business shows about itself, so the gain is readability, not stars. The free plan shows the reviews without the schema. See how the schema works

The same widget, built from whichever platform your reviews live on. Free plan on every one.

How to Add Glassdoor Reviews to Webnode

Connect your Glassdoor profile in BlooTrue, pick a style, then paste one embed code into the HTML block on Webnode and publish. The HTML/embed block requires a paid Webnode plan (Standard or higher).

  1. 1

Open the page in the Webnode editor.

  2. 2

Click the + button and add an HTML block.

  3. 3

Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block.

  4. 4

Publish the site — the widget renders live.

The HTML block renders after publish, not always inside the editor preview.

Where the Code Goes on Webnode

Webnode places embeds in an HTML block that you add with the + button between existing content blocks.

The block is a code field rather than a live element, so the editor often shows an empty area where it sits and reviews appear only once you publish. It spans the content column and takes its height from the widget on the published page. Webnode publishes the entire site with one Publish click, so unpublished edits on other pages go live together with the block. Put one under the opening homepage paragraph and another above the contact form.

If the widget does not show on Webnode

  • An empty space in the Webnode editor where the HTML block sits is normal. Publish the site and check the live page instead.
  • If the HTML block is missing from the + menu, your Webnode plan is below Standard. The block is a paid-plan feature.
  • Code pasted into a regular text block appears as plain characters on Webnode. Delete it there and paste into an HTML block added with +.

Where Glassdoor reviews help most on Webnode

On a company site built with Webnode, Glassdoor reviews belong on the careers page, above or beside the list of open roles.

Applicants look for honest accounts of working there, and a widget with reviews from staff answers that before they leave to search for it. The About page can carry a compact version, especially for companies that make their culture part of the pitch to customers too. Keep the home page for customers. If each role has its own page, a compact badge near the Apply button on each one is enough to carry the proof into the application.

About Glassdoor reviews in this widget

The Glassdoor widget puts your Glassdoor employer rating and the reviews behind it on your careers and hiring pages, where candidates check before applying. The header is the employer rating out of 5 and review count read from Glassdoor, never worked out from the reviews on show. Those reviews are written by current and former employees, not customers, so the widget shows what working for you is like. Employers get one thing wrong: assuming they need Glassdoor's paid employer products before embedding their rating. You do not; the builder reads your public Glassdoor company page.

Glassdoor Widget on Webnode — FAQ

Is the BlooTrue Glassdoor review widget free for Webnode?
Yes. BlooTrue is completely free to embed Glassdoor reviews on Webnode. No plugin, no recurring fee, unlimited views. The free plan shows your reviews with BlooTrue branding in the footer; paid plans remove the branding.
How do I install the widget on Webnode?
Open the page in the Webnode editor. Click the + button and add an HTML block. Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block. Publish the site — the widget renders live. The HTML/embed block requires a paid Webnode plan (Standard or higher).
Anything specific to Webnode worth knowing before I embed?
The HTML block renders after publish, not always inside the editor preview.
Where should I place Glassdoor reviews on Webnode for the biggest lift?
Under the opening paragraph of the homepage and on the contact page above the form.
Do the reviews stay up to date automatically?
Paid plans auto-sync your Glassdoor reviews daily, so the widget always shows your latest 5-star reviews without touching Webnode again. The free plan shows the reviews imported at setup.
How do I get my Glassdoor employer rating onto the careers page of my own site?
Paste your Glassdoor company profile URL into the BlooTrue builder, choose a layout and copy the one-line embed into the careers page; it takes about a minute and installs nothing. The widget shows the employer rating Glassdoor gives you, out of 5, with employee reviews beneath it, so candidates see it without leaving your site.
Do bad Glassdoor reviews from former employees appear in the widget?
Not on the free plan, which lists only your Glassdoor reviews rated four stars or higher. The header is different: it shows the employer rating Glassdoor calculates from every review, so a 3.6 on Glassdoor reads 3.6 in the widget even though the low-rated reviews are absent from the list.
Someone posted a new Glassdoor review, does my widget change?
Only on paid plans, which re-read your Glassdoor profile once a day and add reviews Glassdoor has published since. A free widget keeps the employee reviews and the employer rating captured when you created it, so a review posted in May stays off a free widget you built in April.
