Where the Code Goes on Kajabi

Kajabi's page builder takes the embed in a Custom Code block that you add from the sections panel.

The canvas draws a placeholder frame for it rather than the reviews, so open the published page to see the widget. The block stretches to the section's content width and takes its height from the reviews once rendered. Kajabi themes apply their own section padding and background to the block, so match the section background to the widget style you picked. Kajabi keeps website pages, landing pages and product sales pages separate, so add the block on each page that needs it.

If the widget does not show on Kajabi

  • The Kajabi builder canvas shows a frame with no reviews inside. That is the placeholder; open the published page to see them.
  • If the block shows raw code text on the live page, the snippet went into a Text block. Move it to a Custom Code block.
  • Reviews missing on one sales page but present on another: Custom Code blocks are per page in Kajabi. Add the block to each page.
