The widget fills the width of its region and grows with the reviews. Regions are defined by your Stencil theme, so which regions accept an HTML widget depends on the theme, and a widget dropped into a global region such as the header or footer shows on every storefront page.

If the widget does not show on BigCommerce

  • If Page Builder shows only a frame, that is normal for HTML widgets; open the storefront to see the rendered reviews.
  • If the region you want is not offered, your Stencil theme defines the available regions; try another region or a Web Page's HTML view.
  • If the storefront still shows the old page, click Publish in Page Builder; saving alone leaves the change unpublished.
