HubSpot CMS takes the embed code in an Embed (or Custom HTML) module dragged into a drag-and-drop area of the page in the page editor.

The editor renders module content, so the reviews usually appear in the editor as well as on the live page. The module takes the width of its dnd column and the widget determines the height. On blog templates, add the module to the template itself, because the post's rich-text body strips scripts, and a module placed on one landing page does not carry over to other HubSpot pages.

If the widget does not show on HubSpot

  • Code appears as text in a blog post? The rich-text body strips scripts. Add the Embed module to the blog template instead of the post body.
  • If the module is empty on the live page, confirm you clicked Publish or Update after pasting; HubSpot keeps drafts separate from the live page.
