Bubble keeps development and live versions of the app, so the widget only reaches users after you deploy to live.

If the widget does not show on Bubble

  • If reviews are cut off at the bottom, enable stretch to fit content on the HTML element or give it more height in the property editor.
  • If the widget works in Preview but not for users, you have only changed the development version; deploy the app to live.
  • If the element shows nothing in Preview, confirm the code sits in the HTML property, not in a text element's rich text.
