G2 reviews for a multi-product company on Wix

If your company has more than one product on G2, the strip under your Wix homepage hero can speak for only one of them, because each widget reads a single G2 product profile. Pick the product the site exists to sell, and let the widget carry that product's own rating and review count from G2.

What about the second product's page on my Wix site?

It needs a widget of its own, built from that product's G2 address, and the free plan includes one widget. Until you add a second, link the second product's page to its reviews on G2 so buyers can still read them there.

What height does a G2 carousel need in a Wix strip?

As tall as the longest G2 card the carousel can show. Wix will not stretch the frame for a long review, so drag the bottom handle until a full card fits with no inner scrollbar, then check the published page on a phone.

Where the Code Goes on Wix

Wix runs the code inside a sandboxed iframe, in the editor and on the published site, so you see the reviews in the editor but the element does not grow with them. Drag the frame to the widget's full height, otherwise the reviews scroll inside the box. Stretch it to the strip width under the homepage hero so the carousel reads as part of the page.

If the widget does not show on Wix

  • Reviews scrolling inside a small box? The Wix Embed HTML element does not auto-size. Drag its handles until the whole widget fits.
  • Nothing renders after pasting? Click Update in the Embed HTML code box; Wix does not apply pasted code until you do.
  • Widget shows in the editor but not live? Publish the site again, since Wix serves the last published version, not the editor state.
