BlooTrue fetches the publicly-visible customer reviews from your BBB business profile on a server-side schedule — roughly once every 24 hours on paid plans — and caches the result. Accreditation, profile setup, and what shows up in the widget

You do not need to be a BBB Accredited Business to use this widget — it works with any public BBB business profile, accredited or not.
